Latest Software Updates: Aristotle and Tablion Bug Fixes and Feature Enhancements – Released on 14th January

We are delighted to announce the most recent releases of Aristotle and Tablion.

Below, we outline each product’s key fixes and enhancements:

Aristotle Updates:

Feature Enhancements:

  1. Added the Omnisearch bar to the registry header. See here for a full rundown of Omnisearch functionality, or here for direct instructions on its usage
  2. Added support for automatically incrementing identifiers. See here for a full rundown of automatically incrementing identifier functionality, or here for direct instructions on their usage
  3. Added a two-factor authentication status (mfa_enabled) to the report builder’s user item fields.

Bug Fixes:

  1. Fixed the report builder giving an error when a Stewardship Organisation is selected
  2. Fixed alignment errors that would appear when viewing data source details
  3. Fixed alignment errors that would appear when viewing custom fields
  4. Fixed a bug causing the ‘Previous step’ button to require mandatory checkboxes are checked when using the creation wizard
  5. Fixed a bug preventing the task runner from correctly stopping in-progress tasks when prompted.

Tablion Updates:

Feature Enhancements:

  1. A user’s password is now required to update their personal details
  2. Added a timestamp to notifications found in the ‘Notifications’ tab of the dashboard.

Bug Fixes:

  1. Fixed a bug preventing messagers’ surnames or emails from appearing in a data request’s ‘Correspondence’ section
  2. Fixed a bug allowing users to submit invalid data requests
  3. Fixed a bug allowing users to invite themselves to other applications
  4. Fixed a bug causing users to appear locked out of the platform to Admins even before they are actually locked out
  5. Fixed a bug allowing a deactivated data team and its members to be selected as artefacts.
