New categories for the community

Hi,

Would we be able to get some new categories for the community? It would be nice to separate out different kinds of topics (and hopefully encourage more engagement here  )

Category Description Notes
Questions & Help Ask questions, find answers and provide community support. It might also be useful to have subcategories for item types. Otherwise encourage users to put the item type in the title (unless the topic is related to multiple item types)
Bugs & Issues Report bugs and issues found in the Aristotle metadata registry. It might be useful to have subcategories for item types, and encourage users to put the priority/urgency in the title to help your team prioritise fixes.
Requests & Improvements Suggest ideas and improvements to the Aristotle metadata registry. It might be useful to encourage users to put the item type in the title (unless the topic is related to multiple item types)
Pro Tips Share tips, tricks or helpful resources with the Aristotle community. Just a place where we can share useful tips and workarounds.

Hi Sarah.

These are some great suggestions.
We don’t want to drive people away from our official support channel (support@aristotlemetadata.com).

But we will definitely do a review of the categories we have and see which are used the most and least, so we can clean them up and determine how these can be added in.

Hi Sam,

Thanks for considering this!

It came up as part of a discussion with our wider network to help us keep informed across the board; there were items where different people were going to your team for the same thing . We thought that utilising the community more would give different agencies better visibility over things people have already asked about or have already suggested (and hopefully save your team some time in the processes!)

We will definitely still use the support email when there’s a really specific or pressing issue though!
