I am hoping someone can guide me in the right direction with how to include metadata status level in my queries.
Any guidance would be appreciated from report builder experts. TIA.

I’ve just looked into this for you. Unfortunately it is not possible yet to include metadata status levels in queries in the report builder.
We want to support your workflow, so we’re working on the feature now and we anticipate it will be delivered by next week.
Also, we have an upcoming webinar looking at the report builder at more depth here, and also on the community here.
