Suggestions: View stewardship organisation for items in Review & Sort Validation errors

Hi team,

I have two future roadmap suggestions for the registration authority review function:

1. View item stewardship organisations
Would you consider adding the ability to see which stewardship an impacted item comes from?

This could display in the ‘Impact’ tab of the review AND in the final review stage (‘Review included items for status change’).

We are currently sharing the registry with multiple stewardship organisations and have already had a couple of our items moved to ‘Qualified’ by another stewardship organisation, even though our Registration Authority had not yet reviewed that item.
It would be good for users to be able to easily identify (and possibly exclude) status changes for items that were created outside of their stewardship.

2. Sort items in ‘Validation’ tab by items that have validation errors

Currently when looking at the ‘Validation’ tab in a review, all items show in a random order regardless of whether they have a validation error. Sometimes these reviews can have hundreds of cascading child items and currently we have to manually scroll and find items that have been marked with a validation error. The red ‘X’ is easily missed.

It would be nice to have all items with validation errors displayed at the top of the page so that we don’t have to scroll through all items to find the ones with errors.

I’d support some enhancements in this space also. We have the same issue with multiple stewardship organisations - it is currently very easy to accidentally register an item from another stewardship organisation under your own authority. Unfortunately, for us this means that items can be made public that aren’t authorised to be made public by our stewardship organisation authorities. We also can’t tell when/where this occurs, unless we come across it by chance, or remember to do some manual reporting and analysis of all registered items.

These are great suggestions. I have added these two in our next-year roadmap.

Thanks, Sarah and Shane!
